Tougane is a Designer Baby who is the personal assassin of the Sibyl System, and Chief Kasei's resident brain at the time is Tougane's mother, Tougane Misako.
Surprisingly Good English : The second opening theme, "Out of Control" by Nothing's Carved in berserk playstation 2 game Stone, has the whole song entirely in English which is pronounced correctly and easy to understand.If the Sibyl System didn't agree, it could shoot her.But in the end, it eerily fits Senguji who enjoys hunting and the chorus is played on his last moments in Episode 11 right before Shinya kills him with the Dominator.The second season continues this theme with Kirito Kamui versus Sibyl.The Gekijo-ban follows Tsunemori and her team to the island of Shambala Float where they locate Kogami, who is acting in a manner that is both reminiscent of his former roles, yet vastly different.The series composition for the second season was written by Tow Ubukata, best known for his dark Cyberpunk novel Mardock Scramble as well as helming Ghost in the Shell: Arise.
